Do I need a credit card?

Yes. A card is required to start the trial, and it is not charged during the 14-day trial period. If you cancel before day 14, no charge. If you do not cancel, your card is charged $55/mo on day 14 and Pro continues until you cancel.

Do I need a broker account?

No, but the journal only earns its keep when there are trades flowing in. You can use the trial to look at the dashboard, the AI Coach, and the calculators. To get the full experience, connect any broker (MT4, MT5, cTrader, Binance, ByBit, plus more) using the read-only investor password. We never place a trade.

What happens after {days} days?

If you cancelled during the trial, you are not charged and your Pro access ends. If you did not cancel, your card is charged $55/mo on day 14 and Pro continues month-to-month until you cancel.

Is my money safe?

TraderDNA doesn't touch your money at the broker. We connect using a read-only investor password — we can see your trades but can never place one. Your deposit stays with your broker, your withdrawals go through your broker, and your password is encrypted in our database. For TraderDNA itself, the card is processed by our payment provider, not stored on our servers.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from Settings in two clicks. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged. If you cancel after the trial has converted to Pro, you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, then it stops.

Is this for beginners or experienced traders?
